Windows 8 Metro Style Conky Theme ကုိ အသုံးျပဳခ်င္သူမ်ားအတြက္…fot Ubuntu

• Metro UI လို႔ ေခၚေသာ Interface အသစ္ကုိ Microsoft ကေန Windows 8 Beta Version ထုတ္ျပီးတဲ့ေနာက္ DevianARTwebsite ရွိ Developer တစ္ဦးမွ Windows 8 Metro UI interface လို႔ေခၚေသာ Conky Theme တစ္မ်ဳိးကုိ ဖန္တီးလုိက္ပါတယ္။
• က်ေနာ္တုိ႔ Ubuntu အသုံးျပဳသူမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ ၄င္း Theme ကုိ သုံးဖုိ႔စိတ္၀င္စားမႈနည္းေပမယ့္ က်ေနာ့္အေနနဲ႔ေတာ့ Sharing လုပ္ေပးသင့္တယ္လို႔ယူဆမိေသာေၾကာင့္ ဒီပုိ႔စ္ကုိေရးသားတင္ျပေပးလိုက္တာပါ။ အကယ္၍ မၾကိဳက္ႏွစ္သက္ရင္လဲ မိမိဆႏၵပါ။ မူလဖန္တီးလုိက္ေသာ Deverloper ၏ ၾကိဳးစားအားထုတ္မႈကို အသိအမွတ္ျပဳတဲ့အေနျဖင့္တင္ျပေပးလိုက္ပါတယ္ဗ်ာ..

• သူ႔ရဲ့လင့္မွာ ေအာက္ပါ Information ေတြကိုေဖာ္ျပေပးထားပါတယ္။

Windows 8 Metro Style Conky Theme ကုိInstallation လုပ္ေဆာင္ျခင္း

1. ပထမဆုံးေအာက္ပါ Command ကို Terminal မွာသုံးျပီး Conky ကုိ Install လုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးရပါမယ္။

 sudo apt-get install conky-all

2. Terminal မွတစ္ဆင့္ ေအာက္ပါ Command ကုိသုံးျပီး မိမိ System ၏ Home Directory ေအာက္မွာ .conky folder ကုိဖန္တီးေပးရပါမယ္။

mkdir ~/.conky

3.ထုိ႔ေနာက္ ေအာက္ပါ Command ကုိသုံးျပီး ၄င္းကုိ  Access လုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးလိုက္ပါ။

cd ~/.conky

3. .conky) ထဲမွာ ေအာက္ပါ Command ကုိျဖင့္ Conky ကုိ Download and Unzip လုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးလိုက္ပါ။

unzip metro_style*.zip

4. Unzip လုပ္ေဆာင္ျပီးသြားျပီဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ေအာက္ပါ Command ႏွစ္ခုျဖင့္ conky.sh ႏွင့္ mail.sh file မ်ားကုိ Executable လုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးရပါမယ္။

chmod +x conky.sh
chmod +x mail.sh

5. ဒီလိုလုပ္ေဆာင္ျပီးရင္ mail.sh file ကုိ Edit လုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးရန္ ေအာက္ပါ Command ကုိသုံးလုိက္ပါ။ ေအာက္ပါပုံမွာ ျပထားသကဲ့သုိ႔ Selection ေပးထားေသာ USERNAME:PASSWORD ေနရာမွာ မိမိ၏ Gmail Username ႏွင့္ Password ကုိ ထည့္ေပးလုိက္ပါ။

sudo gedit mail.sh

• ထုိ႔ေနာက္ Save and Exit ဆုိရပါျပီ။

6. အထက္ပါ အဆင့္မ်ားျပီးဆုံးသြားရင္ေတာ့ က်ေနာ္တုိ႔အေနျဖင့္ Conky ကုိစတင္ Run ႏုိင္ရန္ Terminal မွတစ္ဆင့္ ေအာက္ပါ Command ကုိသုံးလုိက္ပါ။

Automatically System Startup လုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးျခင္း

1. ေအာက္ပါပုံအတုိင္း Unity Dash မွတစ္ဆင့္ Startup Applications ကုိဖြင့္လုိက္ပါ။

2.  Add ဆိုတဲ့ Tab ကိုႏွိပ္လုိက္ပါ။
3. ထုိ႔ေနာက္ ေပၚလာေသာ Add Startup Program Box ၏ Name ေနရာမွာ မိမိႏွစ္သက္ရာ နာမည္ေပးႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ က်ေနာ္ကေတာ့ Metro Style လုိ႔နမူေပးထားပါတယ္။ထုိ႔ေနာက္ Browse ကုိႏွိပ္လိုက္ပါ။

4. ေအာက္ပါ နမူနာပုံမွာျပထားသကဲ့သုိ႔ Hidden File and Folder မ်ားကုိ ေတြ႔ျမင္ႏုိင္ေစရန္ Ctrl + H ကုိႏွိပ္ျပီး .conky folder ကုိ Access လုပ္ေဆာင္ျပီး conky.sh file ကုိေရြးခ်ယ္ျပီး ပုံပါအတုိင္း Open ကုိႏွိပ္လုိက္ပါ။
5. ထုိ႔ေနာက္ Add ကုိႏွိပ္လုိက္ပါ။

6. ဒါဆိုရင္ေတာ့ Windows 8 Metro Style Conky widget သည္ System Startup တုိင္းမွာ အလုပ္လုပ္ေဆာင္ျပီျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
